John Winterholler-CEO
Mr. Winterholler is an experienced senior leadership professional with extensive experience in growing companies to world-class standards. Mr. Winterholler's background includes the financial services, business process outsourcing, hospitality and retail/franchising industries. Mr. Winterhollers's focus as the CEO includes; establishing the fundamentals within the business to create significant value for owners and shareholders, creating superior services that supply specific markets better than competitors, creating loyalty by providing world-class service to clients and customers, and creating an environment for employees to succeed professionally. Mr. Winterholler's past experience includes senior management positions for both public and private companies including; Goldman, Sachs & Co., US Bancorp/Piper Jaffray, American Express Co., and Ceridian Corporation. Mr. Winterholler holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University.
Derek Smith- COO/President
Mr. Smith has over 15 years of executive level experience building, managing, and directing high-performance operations, marketing, sales and consulting organizations in the Information Technology Industry. He has extensive experience in partnership development, product marketing and formulating technology solutions to solve business issues. With a particular focus in consultative selling and process management, Mr. Smith believes a successful team works in partnership with their clients to deliver the business impact of technology. Prior to joining White Box, Mr. Smith held numerous executive management, marketing, sales and operations positions with both small and large organizations including; Keane, Gartner and Xerox. Mr. Smith is currently running the day to day operations for White Box that includes; sales, marketing, HR and Project Delivery. Mr. Smith holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.A. from Utah State University.
Jeff Bennion-CTO
Mr. Bennion has more than 18 years of experience in the information technology industry. In 1994, he founded and operated his own information technology services and development company until 1998, when he joined Entevo Software, a start-up software company in Arlington, Virginia, that was later acquired by Symantec. At Entevo, Mr. Bennion served as sales engineer and manager of technical support until 2005, when he joined Approva Software, a provider of controls monitoring solutions for enterprise resource planning systems, as manager of technical projects. For much of his career, Mr. Bennion has focused on directory migrations and security, and has consulted with many of the world's largest companies and U.S. governmental agencies on migrations, security, regulatory compliance, and enterprise resource planning implementations. Mr. Bennion oversees the strategic technical direction for White Box and is developing cutting edge products to better serve its' clients. Mr. Bennion holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Utah.
